Albert Levi
Albert Levi is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the
Department
of Electrical and Computer Engineering at
Oregon State University.
He is also a research associate in the
Information
Security Laboratory of
Oregon State University.
Albert received his Ph.D. (1999), M.S. (1993) and B.S. (1991) degrees
in Computer Engineering from
Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey.
Dr. Levi's research interests are in computer and network security,
cryptography, and particularly in digital certificates and electronic commerce.
Dr. Levi is a member of the professional societies
IEEE,
IEEE Computer Society,
IEEE Communications Society,
ACM,
ACM SIGCOMM, and
ACM SIGSAC.
Albert was born on August 28, 1969 in Istanbul, Turkey. He speaks
English and Turkish. He is married and has a son,
